Refund Policy

No refunds are provided except if you request to cancel your subscription and we fail to process the cancellation before a charge is made, in which case the erroneous charge will be refunded. To request a refund, contact info@xenotrader.ai

Payments are due in advance. Failure to pay may result in account suspension or termination.

If payment fails, access to the Software may be suspended until payment is received.
